Rent To Own Flexibility Purchase

We would be lying if we said we were the only Rent To Own program in Canada.  There are many different Rent To Owns happening every day, some deals are done with integrity and others are not.

Our program is tenant-buyer centric.  What this means is that it was built to give the most protection to the tenant-buyer. We do this mainly through complete transparency and letting the tenant-buyer fully understand what they are getting into before they sign on the dotted line.   

We have come across some landlords that try to run a rent to own where the scale weighs heavily in their favour.  This leaves a very low chance that the tenant-buyer will be able to afford the house at the end of the term. Therefore, they may be out of a home and a down payment. 

We on the other hand do everything in our power to get the tenant-buyer to successfully complete our rent to own deals. 

One clause that we are proud to offer is the ability for the tenant-buyer to purchase the house before the end of the option agreement term.  

Circumstances change, and we have seen people come into money in more ways than one.  A promotion, a legal settlement, family trust etc.  

If something like this happens to you during your rent to own term we legally have to sell the home to you for the predetermined purchase price.
